The protest of Congress workers against SIR (Special Intensive Revision) has intensified in Rajasthan's capital Jaipur. Especially in Jhotwara area, there was a huge uproar on the streets amid allegations of deletion of names from the voter list. Congress alleges that BLOs (Booth Level Officers) are not distributing forms from door to door, yet names of poor and minority voters are being arbitrarily removed.

राजस्थान की राजधानी जयपुर में कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं का SIR (स्पेशल इंटेंसिव रिवीजन) के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन तेज हो गया है। विशेष रूप से झोटवाड़ा इलाके में वोटर लिस्ट से नाम काटे जाने के आरोपों के बीच सड़कों पर भारी हंगामा मच गया। कांग्रेस का आरोप है कि BLO (बूथ लेवल ऑफिसर) घर-घर फॉर्म नहीं बांट रहे, फिर भी गरीब और अल्पसंख्यक वोटरों के नाम मनमाने ढंग से हटाए जा रहे हैं.
