This is a breathwork meditation you can do at the start of your day to check in with yourself and get intentional about how you want to feel.
We sleepwalk our way through life, and this practice is about interrupting that with awareness by using your breath and asking:
How do I want to feel today?
What version of me is going out into the world today?
What impact do I want to make today?
You can do this seated or lying down. We begin with deep breathing to build presence and awareness, then move into gentle check-in questions to let your mind wander and come back to your breath.
This is a space to wake your body up, create new energy, and get intentional about the day you wish to have.
It’s about deciding in this moment who you want to be today and how you want to feel.
A gentle, accessible morning breathwork to help you create awareness, presence, and intention before you go out into your day.
