This is a really special recipe for me as I love Harry Potter and Pumpkin Harry Potter recipes was on my to do list! I have tried Butterbeer but had never been presented with the opportunity to try pumpkin juice neither pumpkin pasties! So I decided to do it myself and they are delicious! 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Ginger
Vanilla extract
Shortcrust Pastry
1 Egg
