Hi All,
Thanks for watching. I wasn't sure what I should do with all my videos that help PS users. I don't want to be the enabler that helps PlanSwift by creating videos that they should have.
I think PlanSwift needs to update their software to make it more stable. I have heard way to many stories about it crashing, losing data, taking hours to load a job.... I would not trust it anymore for your business and your lively hood. I would not recommend getting the updates until they fix their problem.
The crazy part is they spend more money on customer support trying to help users than fixing the problem!
