East Gate is located at No. 199, Xinggang Street, Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province. It is located at the east end of the CBD axis of Suzhou Industrial Park, facing Xinggang Street and Jinji Lake in the east, and the Park Management Committee Building and Century Financial Building in the west. To the south is a small river, and to the north is an urban green belt and an urban road.
The total base area of Oriental Gate is 24,319 square meters, and the total construction area (including the underground part) is 453,141.79 square meters. Among them, the above-ground construction area is 336,680.71 square meters, and the underground construction area is 116,461.08 square meters.
