Dill Ham Salad, Vol. 3 Cookbook Recipe
2 CUPS DICED HAM
4 OZ. CREAM CHEESE, ROOM TEMP.
OR 1/2 CUP SHREDDED MILD
CHEDDAR CHEESE
2 GREEN ONIONS, DICED.
2 TBSP. DILL RELISH
1 TSP. WORCHESTIRE SAUCE
2 BOILED EGGS, DICED.
1/4 CUP MAYONNAISE
1 CELERY STALK, DICED.
1 TSP. MUSTARD
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix ingredients well and serve on sandwich bread or crackers. Keep refrigerated in an air-tight container.
