Описание: 📍 Located between the city of Columbia and Fort Jackson is where you'll find Forest Acres, also where our very own Brad Allen calls home! Forest Acres isn't your typical city as many residents call it a neighborhood.

The first mayor of the city actually bought the land that is now known as Forest Lake and turned it into a high-end residential development. There's also Arcadia Lakes which became an official town in the 1960s with its own mayor and city hall.

Forest Acres has so much to offer when it comes to places to eat and shop and Forest Drive is the center of it! For local eateries there's Boca Grande, Pasta Fresca, Tazza Kitchen, and much more. You can also head to the other side of Arcadia Lakes for the international corridor where you'll find some of the best authentic food in the area! 🍽 🛍

The area has become known for having some of the best parks in all of the Midlands. Some of our favorites are Citadel Park, Quinine Hill, and the Flagship Park! 🏞
