In this video we employ mathematical modelling through Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and with which Heat Transfer approach will be used for validation and analysis of heat transfer through a hollow cylinder.
Using ANSYS software, we explore the temperature distribution through 3D solid modelling to gain insights into FEA and ANSYS simulation.
The results obtained from simulating the 3D solid model will be compared against analytical results.
This analysis is perfect example for engineering students and professionals seeking to enhance their understanding of FEA and Heat Transfer.
Thus more importantly students will know what exactly happens in background of commercial tools like ANSYS and how mathematics plays a vital role in understanding nature.
