Sabudana Vada is one of my favourite snack Recipe. Its crispy and crunchy from outside and soft from inside. This recipe is no onion and no garlic recipe and you can make in Navratri too only we have to skip hing (Asafoetida). Lets get started.

Ingredients:
Sabudana - 1 Cup
Washed and Soaked for 4 hrs
Potato - 3 Boiled and Mashed
Roasted Peanut - 1/3 Cup
Coriander Leaves - 2 Tbsp (Chopped)
Ginger - 1 Tbsp (Chopped)
Green Chilli - 1/2 Tsp (Chopped)
Cumin seed - 1 Tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch (optional)
Black pepper - 1 Tsp
Salt - As per your taste
Lemon Juice - 2 Tbsp
Oil - For frying
