Chicken-1 kilo
Ginger garlic paste – 2 spoons
Red chilli powder – 2 tablespoons
Salt – to taste
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 2tsp
Garam masala – small 2 teaspoons
Lemon juice-2 tablespoons
Crispy Coating
• Gram flour (besan) – 4 tbsp
• Rice flour – 2 tbsp
• Cornflour – 2 tbsp
• Carom seeds (ajwain) – 1/2 tsp
• Red food colour – 1/2 tsp
⏱️ Marination
1. Add chicken, spices, and crispy coating ingredients to a bowl
2. Mix well without adding water
3. Rest for 15 /20 minutes

🔥 Frying Method
1. Heat oil in a deep pan
2. Keep flame at medium-high
3. Add chicken pieces one by one
4. Do not stir for the first 1 minute
5. Fry until golden and crispy, turning gently
