How to Make Tequila Oyster Shooters | Cinco de Mayo Recipe

This Tequila Oyster Shooter recipe is perfect for your Cinco de Mayo party and is so easy to prepare. Greet guests at the door with an oyster soaking in a salt-rimmed Tequila shot glass with a dash of Frog Bone Cajun Hot Sauce.
For a dozen shooters, you will need:
• 1 dozen oysters (raw, steamed or grilled). Traditionally, the oysters are raw, but not everyone likes a raw oyster.
• Kosher salt for dipping rims of your shot glasses
• ¾ to 1 cup of lime juice
• 4 tablespoons minced orange bell pepper.
• 1 Jalapeno minced
• Frog Bone Cajun Hot Sauce to taste (or your favorite hot sauce)
• Jalapeno-Infused Sliver tequila, 12 to 16 ounces…or more, depending on how big of a party you want to have
Put Kosher Salt on a plate. Rub the rim of each shot glass with lime juice, then dip in the Kosher Salt. Add the Tequila, orange pepper and jalapeno pepper. Fill the rest of the glass with lime juice and add a couple of dashes of Cajun Hot Sauce.
Grab your shooter and throw it back!
