Today's video speaks of boredom, which by a Hicks emotion scale means that you are almost without resistance; That is, you don't think of negative thoughts or the opposite of what you want, you're in a bit of a neutral state, but it's very easy for you to start something you want from that situation because your resistance is free and because the only thing that stops you from doing something is you just don't know what to do.


It's impossible to keep going because you have to find something that attracts your attention, and it's going to get you up the passion ladder. (This is only in case you haven't engaged in thought or activity that causes you anxiety or any negative feeling of any kind)It means that this situation automatically drags you up the emotional ladder long or short, because our basic condition tends to be well-being.


She simply tells Hicks that the solution to this boredom is decision-making; To make a decision to do something either by thinking about things and things that you do or to follow that decision by doing. So instead of waiting for something to happen until you feel better, you contribute something, whatever simple or complicated, and you'll find that you're getting in a little bit of a business that attracts your attention and raises your feelings, and you'll get bored. Just remember not to think too much about making a list of what you have to do, simply list it, and you'll find something interesting about it.
