Cloudy afternoon ride at Putrajaya Challenge Park (PCP) with the Marin San Quentin 2 🌥️
Led by CK, we wasted no time — quick warm-up at the jump track and straight into the Gap Jump section at Trail 16.
This was my first time sending big gap jumps on a hardtail. After riding the hardtail for a while and getting used to the feel, it was finally time to commit.
Started with the single gap — smooth and no issue.
Did a test run on the triple gap line — felt good.
Then it was time to send it for real 😤
Heart rate up, no overthinking — just follow CK.
First jump ✔️
Second jump ✔️
Third jump ✔️
Cleared cleanly 💥
The hardtail handled it surprisingly well, so we sent it two more times to lock in the confidence.
Mission accomplished. Hardtail approved 🤘
