Tldr; Vermilion Hereafter 4 piece wins which a gap of 10% damage difference than the old set (combination of 2 pieces)!
If you have Primordial jade spear or Calamity queller, then this artifact is really good for xiao! But if you dont have them, I suggest to stick with the old set.
In my opinion its stll worth to farm since you can use the combination of 2 pieces 18% ATK to anyone like Yae, Shenhe, and many other characters even future characters who need it ^^
But in the end just use what you like~
