Описание: The BoxCatcher flying camera systems travels over vertical rails mounted onto the STS-crane legs. The video features the mounting of the vertical rails in Europe's largest container terminal. at MPET terminal in Antwerp, 41 cranes have been equipped with one pair of rails and BoxCatcher OCR camera system for registering every container move when loading or unloading container vessels.


The camera system is linked to the crane PLC and spreader. When the spreader lifts a container, the BoxCatcher OCR camera system travels to the precise location for taking pictures when the container passes through the crane legs. Backreach, frontreach moves as well as single or tandem spreader configurations lifting 20 or 40 containers as well as 2x40, 4x20 boxes.
