Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Happy New Year! I can't wait to see all of you next week! I am blessed to have Pastor Lorena teach and I will be there in attendance to listen to every word from this amazing woman.

In Genesis 1:1-2 it says:

“𝐈𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬. 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬.”

God called the universe into existence out of nothing, he declared that it was to be, and it was our faith rests in the God who created the entire universe by his word. God's word has awesome power, when he speaks do you listen and respond?

God's creative work was complete until he made woman, he could have made her from the dust of the ground, as he had made man, God chose however to make her from the man's flesh and bone, in so doing he illustrated for us that in marriage Man and Woman symbolically become one flesh, throughout the Bible God treats this special partnership seriously, the goal in marriage should be more than friendship, it should be oneness.

Hebrews 11:3 says that:
“𝐁𝐲 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐰𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐝'𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝, 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐧.”

God equips man and woman for various tasks, but all of these tasks lead them to the same goal - 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐨𝐝!
