Pokémon B/W Remix: Tower Of Heaven

Описание: Here’s my second remix of Dragonspiral Tower a theme that has always held a very special place in my heart. It’s not just one of my favourite tracks from the Pokémon series; it’s one of my favourite pieces of game music ever created. The atmosphere, mystery, and emotional weight of the original melody have always stayed with me, and I wanted to recapture that feeling while adding my own creative direction and modern sound.

This remix is actually a rework of a version I released a few weeks ago on my Poke&Remix channel. While that one was more traditional, this rework goes deeper into texture, layering, and rhythm to bring out the full emotion I felt when I first heard this theme growing up. For me, Dragonspiral Tower represents nostalgia and growth both as a listener and as an artist still finding new ways to express old memories through music.

Right now, I’m also applying for industry placements as part of my university course, so balancing production and academic life has been a learning curve. Still, music has always been my passion, and I’m determined to stay consistent. Starting next year, I’ll be uploading more frequently across both my channels one focusing on Pokémon and VGM remixes, and the other exploring TV shows, movies, and animation soundtracks.

As I mentioned in a previous video, I’m returning to VGM remixing while experimenting with new genres and techniques. Over the past few months, I’ve been improving my skills in sound design, mixing, and mastering, exploring how to make my remixes more atmospheric and emotionally resonant. I’ve also been revisiting the games and shows I grew up with which, for someone born in 2005, means a lot of mid-to-late 2000s classics that shaped my creative tastes.

Before the year wraps up, I’ll be releasing a special remix celebrating 20 years of Ben 10 a show that defined my childhood as a true mid-2000s kid. That series wasn’t just a cartoon for me; it was a huge part of my imagination and love for music in animation, and I can’t wait to share my take on it.

This Dragonspiral Tower remix leans more into the signature Poke&Remix sound emotional, nostalgic, and melodic while blending in the newer production techniques I’ve been learning. It’s a mix of where I started and where I’m heading next.
