In this episode, I take two of our young trainees, Mollie & Harley, back to their college to share what it’s really like stepping onto site for the first time. The nerves, the learning curve, the responsibility and the pride that comes with earning a living and developing real skills.

We also head to a careers event at Billericay School, where Demi, Greeny, Sam and the team talk honestly with students about construction as a rewarding, long-term career not just a job, but a pathway to confidence, purpose and progression.
