🍫 Chocolate Muffin Recipe
Ingredients :
215 g all-purpose flour
55 g cocoa powder
1¾ tsp baking powder
¾ tsp baking soda
2 eggs
175 ml oil
1½ tsp vanilla essence
215 ml warm milk
Chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions :
1. In a bowl, add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix and set aside.
2. In another bowl, add eggs, vanilla essence, and oil. Mix well.
3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until almost combined.
4. Add warm milk and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
5. Scoop batter into muffin cups until ¾ full.
6. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
7. Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.
8. Insert a skewer; if it comes out clean or with crumbs, muffins are ready.
9. Cool for 5 minutes and enjoy.
