Описание: Wall cleanups in AutoCAD Architecture control how two or more walls intersect, join, or display at corners, tees, and crossings. Sometimes walls don’t clean up correctly (extra lines, gaps, or overlaps appear). By customizing wall cleanups, you can make your drawings look clean and professional.
Here’s how you can customize wall cleanups in AutoCAD Architecture:
1. Check Wall Cleanup Options
Select the wall.
On the Properties palette, look for Cleanup group.
You can turn cleanup on or off for a specific wall.
2. Use Cleanup Radius
Every wall has a cleanup radius (how far it searches for another wall to join).
If walls are not joining, increase the cleanup radius slightly in Properties.
3. Add Cleanup Group Definitions
Open the Style Manager (STYLES command).
Go to Wall Cleanup Group Definitions.
Create or edit a cleanup group to control how certain wall styles interact (for example, concrete wall with brick partition).
4. Apply Cleanup Groups to Walls
Assign your cleanup group definition to the walls that should interact in a controlled way.
This avoids wrong cleanups when many different wall types intersect.
5. Use Wall Cleanup Tools
On the Architecture tab Wall panel Cleanup tools, you can:
Add Wall Cleanup – force walls to join.
Remove Wall Cleanup – stop walls from cleaning up at a certain intersection.
Edit Wall Cleanup – adjust cleanup manually with grips.
6. Override Cleanup
If needed, you can use wall endcaps or manual linework to override tricky intersections where AutoCAD doesn’t produce the desired cleanup.
