New South Wales Premier Chris Minns criticises Fairfield Mayor Frank Carbone for rejecting hate speech initiative.
“I’ve seen some mayors say great, we don’t want to just apply a nominal fine here, we want to actually take action. I’ve seen some other mayors on television this morning,” Mr Minns said.
“One from Fairfield in particular. That guy’s always on TV whinging about something.
“At the end of the day, it would be great if you could just grab this initiative and say, you know what, I’m going to do my bit.”
