[00:00–00:07] The video opens with a shot of the Oracle Dual Boiler espresso machine on a kitchen benchtop.

[00:08–00:18] A close-up of the Oracle Dual Boiler espresso machine packaging is shown followed by a series of shots featuring the touch screen, espresso extraction, milk texturing and latte art.

[00:19–00:32] With the box on the floor, the male user opens the box to reveal the accessories included with the machine before removing the panel from the packaging.

[00:33–00:36] The user grips the sides of the machine and lifts it straight up from the packaging. It’s encased in clear plastic wrap, which is slowly peeled away to reveal the brushed stainless-steel housing.

[00:37–00:42] The camera presents a top-down view of all the included accessories, now laid out on a benchtop. There’s a stainless-steel milk jug, a portafilter, milk jug, knock box, cleaning tools, and a water filter.

[00:43–00:54] The user removes all labels on the machine then cuts to all accessories being washed in the sink with warm soapy water, then dried with a cloth.

[00:55–01:07] The user points to the base of the machine to show the position of the third wheel then gently swivels the machine into alignment on the benchtop to then secure it.

[01:08–01:14] A close-up shows the power button being pressed. The machine powers on with a soft glow, and the LCD screen brightens, displaying a welcome message and the initial setup menu.

[01:15–01:35] The screen transitions through setup prompts: connecting to WiFi, checking for firmware updates, and downloading the Sage+ Coffee App. A smartphone appears on screen, displaying the app interface with the option to remote-start the machine.

[01:36–01:50] The user is guided through each of the onboarding steps on screen including how to perform an initial rinse cycle.

[01:51–02:11] The user is then guided to make the first cup of coffee, by selecting the type of coffee to make, followed by the roast date on the coffee beans with easy-to-follow prompts on screen.

[02:12–02:16] Espresso begins to pour in a smooth, consistent stream, with the remaining time show on screen. The crema forms a velvety layer on top, rich and golden.
