Fireprint Magnetic Waste and the Role of Pyrolysis
Magnetic waste pyrolysis is a technology that uses the power of permanent magnets to thermally decompose organic matter. Negatively ionized air reacts with carbon molecules to create a "plasma state," accelerating waste decomposition without fuel. This process decomposes and neutralizes harmful substances, and exhaust gases are treated, significantly reducing waste volume and environmental impact.
Fireprint Technology Overview
Pyrolysis Principle:
Pyrolysis is a chemical reaction in which organic matter is heated in an oxygen-limited (or oxygen-free) environment, breaking molecular bonds and converting it into more stable substances (gas, liquid, charcoal, etc.).
Magnetic Heat Source Generation:
Magnetic pyrolysis devices negatively ionize air passing through the magnetic field of a permanent magnet, creating a plasma state.
Decomposition of Organic Matter:
These plasma-like negative ions react with carbon molecules contained in the waste, causing intense pyrolysis at the contact surface. No Fuel Required:
The heat generated by the magnetic pyrolysis reaction serves as the "core heat source" for the entire process, without the need for additional fuel (such as electricity or heavy oil).
Fireprint Pyrolysis Process and Products
Feeding and Drying: Waste is fed into the decomposition chamber and dried within the device.
Carbonization: Heat is applied in an airtight environment, evaporating volatile components and converting organic matter into charcoal.
Ashing and Volume Reduction: Finally, the organic matter is completely oxidized and decomposed, leaving behind a non-volatile inorganic powder (residue) approximately 1/300 to 1/400 of the input waste volume.
Fireprint Environmental Considerations
Decomposition of Harmful Substances:
Negative ions react with harmful substances, neutralizing them.
Exhaust Gas Treatment:
Exhaust gas is treated in a dedicated reactor, eliminating harmful gases like dioxins and large amounts of polluted wastewater.
CO2 Emission Reduction:
Since organic matter is decomposed without combustion, carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions are significantly reduced.
