What Is New in DB PowerStudio 18.2

Описание: DB PowerStudio provides a powerful cross-platform toolset for database development, tuning, and database management.We are excited to announce that we have added Snowflake data warehouse support for DBArtisan and Rapid SQL!

Snowflake is a fully managed data warehouse system that is simple to use, yet can power a near-unlimited number of concurrent workloads. These users will now be able to take advantage of the performance, flexibility, and scalability of DB PowerStudio to load, integrate, analyze, and securely share data easily within the Snowflake platform.

The new features for Snowflake include:

👉 Snowflake-native authentication implements the standard username and password authentication for Snowflake to retrieve and use objects securely.

👉 Single sign-on support reduces the number of attack surfaces because users only log in once each day and use only one set of credentials.

👉Key pair authentication support benefits the user by assigning asymmetric public and private keys. Users can use this authentication as an alternative to password authentication.
