The question asked was- Is it necessary for the guru to be in his physical form, or can one have a guru who is not in his or her physical form?

Om Swami says that it is not at all necessary to have a guru in a physical form and only if somebody wants to be initiated into a certain thing it’s necessary.
He says that not everybody is suited to take on a guru in physical form and not every guru is suited for all. He says that whenever one takes on a physical guru, there can be expectations from the guru and each time their expectations are not met they will end up having doubts about the guru and later guilty for having those thoughts. He says if one is sincere on the path then their journey will be better off without a guru and they will reach somewhere.
