Описание: I am reading four poems by Christine Evans, a Welsh poet who has been spending the summer for many decades on Bardsey Island. Bardsey literally means island of the bard, and is also known as the Island of 20.000 Saints. Bardsey, or Ynys Enlli as the locals call it, used to be a place of pilgrimage for the Celtic Saints and legend says that there are 20.000 of them buried on it. Whatever name you want to call it, it's a very special place and the poet describes it beautifully. Enjoy and Cheers!
