In her speech, Çisem talks about the terms equality, equity and justice. She clears the misinterpretations about these terms using metaphors. She explains that, to solve our societies problems we should focus on extinguishing the problem entirely instead of just accommodating accordingly and achieving that can only be done by justice. She then explains how for social justice to truly work it depends on the core principles: human rights, access and participation.
Studying in ALKEV High School,Çisem Yaman is passionate about human rights and global issues. In her speech she explains what equality, equity and justice means and why our society needs them. She clears the misinterpretations about these terms and emphasises their necessities for a better world.
