REVIEW -
Air Canada Rouge, being the low cost vacation arm of Air Canada, is not quite what one would expect. For the price, you can get from point A to point B, but on a seat with little padding, little legroom, and no IFE. However, if the wifi works on your flight, and it's not a long haul, it may be a viable option. I'm giving this flight a 5.8/10 partially because the wifi wasn't working properly, and partially because it's a no frills service.
