Schweizer-Reneke and the rest of the Mamusa Municipality in the North West will hold a crucial by-election in nine wards on Wednesday. The municipality is voting for a new council after the previous one was dissolved last year due to failed service delivery. Eight of the nine wards up for grabs were previously held by the ANC and one by the DA.
