Developing technique and accuracy for short kickouts can often be overlooked as they look so simple when they come off. But when they go wrong....they really go wrong!
So, here are a few simple ideas to help develop technique and, more importantly, confidence in hitting your mark every time.
As with all the ideas on this channel, I like to kee things simple with minimal equipment. Doing the simple things extremely well, consistently, and with excellent technique can be more beneficial than complicated drills and equipment.
