INGREDIENTS
Pomfret
Salt
Scrapped coconut
Cancona chillies
Coriander fresh
Green chillies
Black pepper
Cumin seeds
Tamarind

METHOD
Remove fins and gills from the pomfret, make deep gashes around the skin.
Massage the pomfret with salt and leave it for a while.
Grind coconut with all the other ingredients with SILBATTA
Apple marination of coconut over fish
Place a on a banana leaf, apply more marination and fold the banana leaf.
Cook this on a grill or on a non stick pan at home for 7 minutes on each side.



Chicken
4 to 5 Chicken leg
Salt to taste
4 tbsp BBQ sauce
4 tbsp Recheado Masala
1 tbsp Red chilly powder
2 lemon juice

Massage the chicken with salt and leave it for a while.
Add all the ingredients and mix well
Grill the chicken on griller or on a non stick pan covered with lid on medium flame for 8 min on both sides.



For grilled vegetables
Ridge gourd
Tomato
Onion
Green marination of fish
Using coconut marination of fish marinate all the vegetables.
And grill these vegetables along with meats

Tambdi bhaji pulav
Ghee
Onion
Tomato
Ginger
Garlic
Slit green chillies
Turmeric
Amaranth leaves
Salt
Rice
Cashewnuts
Water

Heat ghee in a pan
Add onion, tomato ginger and garlic to the pan,
Add slit chillies and turmeric with amaranth leaves
Add soaked rice, salt, cashew nuts and water and cook till water is absorbed, and the rice is fluffy.
