STEW CHICKEN WITH RED / KIDNEY BEANS
SEASONING MEAT PROCESS
4lbs chicken cleaned and washed
2 tablespoons green seasoning
2 pimento finely chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 large onion finely chopped
1/2 scotch bonnet pepper (optional)
2 teaspoon Sazon Tropical
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon Maggie all purpose
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons oyster sauce
COOKING PROCESS
No oil required but it’s optional to you
5 tablespoons brown sugar
Wait for sugar to get very light on the spoon and then add seasoned chicken to the pot. Cook chicken till first water cook out then add the kidney beans and water for sauce
