The Denmark Arms = To The Red Lion (Hammers) Pub. Part 5, of our Plaistow to East Ham, historical on-foot pub crawl tour. Filmed on Friday 21st July 2023.
Join me, for our next part of this on-foot tour = Where, we've finished in the Denmark Arms, & make our way from there, to The Red Lion Pub in East Ham "formerly The Hammers Pub." A little bit different from the other tours, as "we verge in & out of the past, in this one = rather than just having the historical look-back at the end of the video." We take in quite a lot, on this journey!! = The beautiful East Ham Town Hall "a real Edwardian architectural gem" = including East Ham's first female politician!! The old East Ham Fire Station = The old East Ham Tram Depot "which is where we head off back into the past. "
Once we've finished at the Tram Depot + the history segment = you'll join me back in the present, as we make our way along High Street South, & to our next location (The Red Lion Pub = formerly The Hammers Pub).
