STALKER Anomaly Alife Plus Mod - 1.2.0 Alife Gate + "action" config

Описание: A POC showing the effects of the latest AlifePlus changes in the core. Events are filtered and rate limited so that there is a lightweight and controllable stream of events. This way the sliders in-game can tightly control the frequency of events and the on-map/off-map ratio.

The settings in the demo can be considered "1000x" , aprox 100 xray events/second.
The targeted experience with default settings is around a cause/consequence every 30-180 seconds.

The performance is unaffected even with all limiters removed.
