At First Minister's Questions, Lorna Slater blasted the Trump admisnistration and in particular JD Vance for his comments earlier in the week about buffer zones around hospitals and abortion clinics.
First Minister John Swinney said: 'The remarks made by the Vice President of the United States last week about the safe access zones legislation in Scotland were untrue. They were incorrect, and I'm grateful to Lorna Slater for providing the opportunity for me to say that to Parliament openly and to to clarify that position.'
