Hi there!
I got diagnosed with the ole diebeetus back in December so I've been spending the last couple of months finding ways to tell it to scram the heck away!
I've managed to reverse my diagnosis from Type 2 to Pre-Diabetic but I want to get rid completely.
One of the problems I need to overcome is my hatred of exercise. I find all sports boring but what I do love is music and it occurred to me that when I'm mixing I dance a lot.
So please join me and listen to this music and have a dance and let's all get moving!
I loved the Trance movement of the mid 90s to 2000s so really enjoyed this mix.
Feel free to leave comments of motivation for me to keep me pepped. I'll be trying to do a new mix on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
