This video demonstrates the AutoDecoder Workbench, a WinForms-based automotive diagnostic log analysis tool built in C#.
The application:
• Loads automotive log files (ISO15765, UDS, XML, ASCII)
• Classifies each log line into strongly-typed objects (OOP inheritance)
• Parses and decodes protocol-level data
• Supports advanced filtering and tokenized search
• Reassembles ISO-TP multi-frame messages
• Builds UDS request/response conversations
• Aggregates NRC and DID findings into a summary dashboard
Architecture highlights:
• Separate class library projects (Models + Protocols)
• Encapsulation of decoding logic inside model classes
• Polymorphic classification via LineClassifier
• BindingList-based session management
