Here in the Pacific Northwest we are blessed to be able to dig fresh razor clams from our beaches every year. One of the best ways to enjoy them in the winter is by making a creamy bowl of clam chowder. This recipe is super easy and delicious, total comfort food!!!!
One thing I forgot to mention in this how to video was salt. I taste the clam chowder at the end and add salt to my liking. I usually add 1/4 teaspoon, stir and taste, then decide if I want more. Everyone is different so add as much or as little as you want, but just add small amounts at a time so you don't make it too salty.
