Renraku No Kata - Judo Kata - Mathias 1.Dan - Danish National Judo Exam 2013

Описание: This was at the Danish National Exam Summer 2013 where he demonstrated the Danish Judo Kata called Renraku no kata for his 1.Dan exam. He passed the exam and this is just the first part where she demonstrated the kata part. The second part is the practical exam explaining several throws, holds, and favorite techniques.

The focus on Nage waza is the dominant one, but Osae waza, Shime waza and Kanzetsu waza is also demonstrated at the end.
