For Chashni:
250 gram sugar
2 cup water
2–4 green cardamom (elaichi)
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
For Dough:
100 gram paneer
250 gram khoya (mawa)
1–2 teaspoon maida (optional, for binding)

Finely chopped almonds
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
2 tablespoon khoya
