Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield - All Reload Animations in 15 Minutes

Описание: An 2003 tactical FPS game where you play about as a disposable Rainbow Six soldiers to be sent out doing suicidal missions against a one Croatian neo-fascist terrorist man though out South America, Europe, and the Caribbean. Two more expansions, Athena Sword and Iron Wrath, is a continuation throughout East Europe in such: Italy, Monaco, Croatia, Greece, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, and finally Russia. Oh boy... feels bad to make this video with a current ongoing conflict. But whatever.

I would never knew Rainbow Six series was all about tactical shooter. While it is about that, but some says that it's more than Hollywood cover shooting and quick save rambo style. Then when Siege came, it's now about operator wafius and chanka memes. But I never played it probably that will kill my computer. So I'm stuck playing older games.

As many and myself will says, this is THE Rainbow Six game. Compared to many sequels, this is much a slow paced shooter that you are not playing rambo compared to Domingo Chavez or Logan Keller. Instead you play as some random nobodies that will die in a mission. But you won't care less about them cuz they are replaceable. So don't bother trying to keep them alive. The three biggest difference is the gunplay, health, and movement.

Let's start with health. Logan can regenerate health when taken cover like every Call of Duty protagonists as usual lol. Chavez, while cannot heal back, can use quick save to get his health back like a god which is something not normal for a tactical soldier. But for Rainbow Six 3, you cannot heal back or quick save. Instead you use 8 playable disposable squads as your lives consider you can die in the game, not even armor don't work crap. I mean hey, Nine Lives is worth for your tries. Heh heh.

Now for shooting. Oh my god. It was hard to get it, at first. But as later I played more levels, I figured how it works. So listen to this: damage doesn't matter like... ever. Accuracy and Recovery matters, a lot, when it comes to killing terrorists. I use machine guns, a lot, in both Vegas and Lockdown as I personally think it's the best weapon for it's high ammunition enough to clean a room without reloading and not bothering about the accuracy. But holy shit the Raven Shield game punished me for using such big gun as it sways my accuracy, so much, for moving. Yes that is right. If you move, you will lose your accuracy to the point it makes submachine guns and carbines more suitable for everything. In fact, this game has so many weapons but I personally think they're useless similar to a 2002 hidden gem FPS game. ALSO SUPPRESSOR IS A MUST FOR TWO MAJOR REASONS: the enemies will find you fast and kills a hostage if they hear a gunshot. Damage penalty is just a minor convenient.

Finally for movement and squad mechanics. Vegas, well for the first game, Logan is kinda a defenseless turtle without a sprinting mechanic where him being the greatest at cover shooter is a must. Doesn't matter if you make noise as enemies don't give a shit and he is all about action, pretty much. Two squads of Logan, Michael Walter and Jung Park, are OP as they have pin point accuracies, bullet sponges, and can be revived. Lockdown is significantly trying as enemies can hear, but it was ruined by quick save and faster sprinting movement that Chavez will never lose accuracy. So basically, stealth is pointless and sonic rambo is a way to go. For squads, while they can shoot well, they're dumb and cannot be revived. Chavez is better off as a lone wolf operator lolol. Okay now for Raven Shield game, movement really matters. If running, enemies can hear and will find you. In worse case, killing hostages causing the mission to fail. Highly advise to never run unless room is already cleared when escorting a hostage. Squads are super duper important, not only act as your Nine Lives, but can actually carry out objectives that's too much to handle.

I won't bother talking about door breaching because I am always the one opening the doors myself and die, repeatedly. Bite me.

Phew! That's a lot for my to talk about gameplay difference. Sorry about that guys. Opinions aside, we can now talk about the guns. Sounds um it's quite a reuse before Rainbow Six Vegas. But weapons from Iron Wrath and Athena Sword expansion, which was fucking hard to find, has no sound. Anyways animations aren't great for a 2003 as many weapons don't change their position probably not trying to be cool or blocking the view. But at least the sounds are crunchy. Only thing about this game is that it has like over 60 weapons. No Rainbow Six games has that many weapons, included rare ones like Pancor Jackhammer shotgun. I also decided to add tactical reloads as I notice very few weapons actually have different sounds and animations. It's subtle, but worth to try.
