Ok so basically Jackler asks Dess whos in charge of this place, threatening to take them down, and she lies and says its just her. Later on Dess makes another lie to Jackler about how Battat and Purrcy ( new name for Pluey by @kingway1192 thanks!!) are actually the bad guys by saying that them trying to seal the fountain will trap them here forever (Battat and Purrcy dont know about this). So they team up and they cant help but become friends with each other as Dess shows Jackler around and they try to stop the 2.

And it leads to this point where Battat and Purrcy encounter them on a stage talking to each other.

J: Heh. I gots a theory that the little blue man can't tie his shoe...
D: I got a theory too...that the little blue man can't ride a bike...
J: I gots another theory that the black cat spews out oil at all times from their pores. That's why theys always slip away from me.
D: Dude...that's the dumbest theory i've ever heard.
Battat and Purrcy walk up onto the stage.
B: Hey! Hey!
B: Okay, none of those things are true. Do you even know what a theory is?
Jackler turns to Dess
J: Eh...do we?
D: Hah! No.
B: Oh come on, you-
J: Enough games little man. You'se not sealing that fountain anytime soon. So here's the deal.
J: Dess tolds me all about this place. You'se goin' straight to the jailhouse until this all gets sorted out.
B: Give me a break...I'm not going to jail.
J: Nah. Because we're-
D: We're gonna rock your S#@$!!!
J: Sigh. Yeah, somethin' like that.
Battat turns to Purrcy
B: Purrcy, lets just get this nonsense over with and fight them already.
D: Hey, that's the spirit...kinda.
D: You ready Jack?
J: Born ready.
D: Alright then.
D: Let's rock n' roll!

It uses both Jackler and Dess's theme rather than just Dess's because the story is a bit different and this makes more sense
