Ingredients:
1/2 lb shrimp
1/2 shallot
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 green onion
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup ground pork rind
Low carb sweet chili sauce:
1 tbsp red chili flakes
2 tbsp monkfruit sweetener or sugar substitutes
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp xanthan gum
dash of salt
Sriracha Mayo:
1/2 tbsp Sriracha
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Macros:
Total Carbohydrate 12.8g - Dietary Fiber 3.5g = 9.3 net carbs
