In this video, I am showing how to make Japanese curry.
It's veggie curry recipe.
I used S&B curry roux. S&B is a big curry campany in Japan. I think this is the one you can get most easily out side Japan.
Normally curry roux contains meat exstract in Japan, but this abroad version doesn't. the company changes their products for each area, I think.
onion, carrot and potato is essential for Japanese curry, but you can use your choice of vegetable. Kabocha pumpkin instead potato is also very good.
packets of Japanese curry roux usually has instractions.
