Before we jump into this video lets go ahead and press the thumbs up button for your cousin ….in this video I sent a head and joined surgery day n post op day 1 day together … I tried to get as much footage as possible for y’all. We wasn’t s le to get any massages on day 1 but will on day 2. I’ll be going home Tomm 2 days after surgery so I definitely had my lovenox shot on hand.

Dr. Triggs told me to get a total of 15 massages & im going to do just that . My pain level is a 7 as of now on post op day 1.
