Tomorrow, Lesotho will witness a momentous occasion as the Mountain Kingdom hosts a historic 21km marathon to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the BaSotho Nation.
This inaugural Mountain Marathon 21 International race, recognised by World Athletics, elevates the race to international status.
Lesotho's rich running heritage has consistently produced exceptional athletes who have excelled in South African races.
Given the country's impressive pedigree of distance runners, a highly competitive field is anticipated for this groundbreaking event.
We are joined by the race organiser Khosi Manyika who is the spokesperson for the race to talk to us about the significance of this race and what to expect.
