Fixed my machine… still got trash coffee 😅
2 weeks of sour or bitter shots… until I found out it was all about grind size. ☕
💡 I fixed my espresso machine… but my coffee still tasted bad.
For two whole weeks, every cup was either super sour or super bitter. I even thought my grinder was broken. But really… it was just my grind size.
Here’s what I learned:
☕ Sour coffee? → Grind smaller (finer) so the water takes longer to go through.
☕ Bitter coffee? → Grind bigger (coarser) so the water goes through faster.
I changed my grinder one small step at a time, made a cup, tasted it, then tried again. I even wrote notes so I could remember what worked.
Finally… I got one perfect shot. Sweet, smooth, and just right. 🎯
Lesson? You can have the nicest coffee machine, but if your grind is wrong, your coffee will be too.
