NECESITAMOS
1 litro de agua
2 cucharadas de vinagre
PREPARACIÓN
En un bol ponemos 1 litro de agua con dos cucharadas de vinagre.
Ponemos las fresas en el bol para lavarlas
Las escurrimos bien durante 30 min.
Secamos las fresas una a una con un paño.
Quitamos las fresas que estén pasadas.
En un tuper ponemos en el fondo un trozo de papel absorbente de cocina.
Incorporamos las fresas una a una.
Tapamos con papel de cocina.
Cerramos el tuper.
Guardamos en la nevera.
CONSEJOS
1. Evitar la humedad. Por eso es recomendable poner el papel absorbente de cocina en el fondo de la bandeja que las guardemos
2. Dejar los tallos. Es recomendable mantener los tallos durante el máximo tiempo posible, y solo quitarlos antes de comer las fresas
3. Eliminar las fresas estropeadas. Si en la bandeja hay una pieza estropeada, se debe eliminar para que no se dañen las más próximas.
4. Guardarlas en la nevera.
5. Congelar antes que tirar
CONGELACIÓN DE FRESAS
Lavar las fresas y secarlas bien.
Cortar los rabitos a las fresas.
Colocarlas en un recipiente hermético sin amontonarlas.
Meter al congelador para su congelación
