Making Set In Stone Cold Process Handmade Marble Rose Artisan Soap... Plus improvising on the go

Описание: What’s set in stone lasts forever... I have had this design in my head for quite some time now with a rose going all the way through my bars of soap. Seeing all the entries in the @SoapChallengeClub this month made me want to try this with a marble technique. And although the design didn’t go exactly as planned (the third leaf in my rose wasn’t coming out) and I had to improvise by removing it with a piece of tape on my soap stencil, I am still very pleased with the way it turned out.

I do plan on reworking the leaves on my stencils some more so that they can come out more detailed in the future.

And the colors! Although I love making brightly colored artistic landscapes and patterns, I have a special place in my heart for neutrals and gray shades. This is how I have the décor in my home!

The fragrance is like a beautiful and delicate perfume… soft florals (freesia, garden roses and tulips) along with sweet notes of candied apple, coconut and juicy berries all on a base of vanilla, amber, cashmere and musk. It is heavenly! Even those that aren’t fans of floral fragrances would enjoy this perfect balance.
