Egg Croquettes Recipe | Crispy & Delicious Snack
Try this crispy and flavorful Egg Croquettes recipe, perfect as a tea-time snack or party appetizer! Made with spiced mashed potatoes, boiled eggs, and a crunchy breadcrumb coating, these croquettes are fried to golden perfection.
Ingredients:
Boiled eggs: 4 pieces (cut into 2 pieces and marinate in masala)
Salt – ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Boiled potato (mashed) – 750 gm
Salt – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Cumin powder – ¼ tsp
Chopped green chilli – 2 pieces
Chopped fresh coriander leaves – ½ small bowl
Coating:
Beaten egg – 2 pieces
Bread crumbs – as required
Oil for frying – as required
Serve with tomato ketchup.
Instructions:
1. Marinate boiled egg halves in spices.
2. Coat with seasoned mashed potatoes.
3. Dip in beaten egg, coat with breadcrumbs, and deep fry.
4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup!
